Q: How often should I get my gear sanitized?

A: This is the most asked question we receive. A good rule is every 10-15 uses of the gear or once every 4-6 weeks. Ask us about our 20% off offer: prepay for 4 orders and get the 5th free!

Q: My gloves stink. Can you really, actually get the stink out of them? Nothing I have tried works.

A: Yes, everyone asks about their gloves. They are the worst, but we get the stink of out them.

Q: Do you take stains and marks out of my gear?

A: No, our process is dry and uses no water. We do not remove stains, mud, marks, etc. from your gear.

Q: Your normal business hours do not match my work/life schedule. Can you help me out?

A: Sure! We realize that you are busy. Give us a call at 716-689-GEAR and we can arrange an appointment outside of our normal hours.

Q: Do you have a pickup and delivery service? Is there a charge?

A: Yes, please call us at 716-689-GEAR (4327) to arrange a pickup or delivery. This is an additional charge.

Q: My team wants to get their gear sanitized all at once. Do we get a discount?

A: Yes, we offer a 20% discount for team/group orders of 8 or more full sets of gear. We also offer free pickup and delivery to one location for team/group orders.

Q: Is there anything I can do to prolong the benefits of your service after I get my gear sanitized?

A: Yes. After you use your gear, let it dry out! This is very important. Take the gear our of your bag and let it air out. If possible, have air blowing onto it to expediate the drying process. The quicker you dry out your gear after using it, the less time bacteria has a chance to multiply.

Q: My husband/son/daughter/friend and their gear smells terrible. They don't care, but I do. How can I convince him/her to give your service a try?

A: There are some people who just do not care that they stink from their gear. Everyone cares about their own health though. Let them know that our service not only kills the stink in their gear, but also the harmful bacteria. It might just be the difference between getting to play every week and having to sit out due to a nasty, sometimes very serious infection.
